Business Today Women in Business Award goes to Baaghi Sai Keerthi

Today we have The Women in Business Award seeker Baaghi Sai Keerthi who was born on 29th April 2000 in Hyderabad and shared her reviews on receiving this award and challenges she had faced to achieve this award and also some of her personal experiences.

She says that she is her ‘Papa ki Pari’ abhi bhi and she was that girl where she used to get whatever she wanted whether it be clothes, jewellery, books, toys, trips etc. Her mother used to say that she got spoiled due to her father, but no one can imagine that she is in this position because of lots of love from her father and also some strictness and discipline that was taught by her mother.

She was the girl where she used to get everything that she orders. So, you people might be thinking of how she came through this way. During the covid pandemic where everything became digital in the 2020, she was in her 6th semester of Mechanical Engineering, and had no idea of what to do for a few months. Then she thought to lose weight and become fit and healthy during the lockdown and also successfully lost weight and became fit.

Then the college reopens after 10–11 months of lockdown in february 2021. After a long time she met her friends and everyone was talking and discussing their future. Some of them were thinking of going abroad to complete their further studies and most of them were employed i.e they were offered a job in the companies except her and some of her friends. She was very embarrassed at that point of time and had no idea of what to do next, though she attended those company’s selection process she used to get rejected due to some or the other reason. Leaving all this aside, her pet dog named Sandy also expired in the same month i.e february.

February was the most sorrowful month for the whole family. It took a few months to get carried away by the fact that she was no more, then during May she saw a random post on Digital Marketing, and started to search on the internet about it. Then she found Digital Deepak Internship Program and enrolled in Batch 13. She thought it would be like all other programs itself, but from the time she enrolled there was full of positive environment all over and at least once a week Deepak sir used to send useful information on Digital Marketing and also on life. Before joining the internship program she had some other plans about the future and now you all can see how successful she is.

She also shares that she had seen a new person in her and also a new version of her. She used to be brave outside but inside she used to have some nervousness about what people will think about her, but now in the new version 2.0 she is a very confident, successful business woman.

I hope that this story will be an inspiration to all the women and girls out there who are willing to change their career and future in Digital Marketing. If a girl like her who was a Mechanical Engineer can achieve this why not you all? Don’t think about the society and people who make fun of you but think about those who were and are always by your side encouraging you to pursue your career.
